• All prices are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise stated

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Client data will be returned or deleted as requested
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, through the courts of Kunming, Yunnan Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
